Lisa Simon, RD
Lisa Simon is a registered dietitian who has worked in the NHS for nearly a decade, specializing first in gastroenterology where she worked for six years before moving into child and adolescent mental health, where she is currently working. Simon's interest in the area of plant-based nutrition and fertility began when she and her husband had their own experience of infertility and commenced IVF treatment in 2017. She is the author of The Plant-Based Dietitian's Guide to Fertility and co-author and co-editor of Plant-Based Nutrition in Clinical Practice. She is part of the UK-based Plant Based Health Online, which offers telemedicine appointments.
